Las Pinturas en 3 dimensiones de Xia Xiaowan

 

Utilizando múltiples capas de vidrio transparente, el artista chino Xia Xiaowan, transforma pinturas bidimensionales en en esculturas 3D.

 

 

Los espectadores pueden disfrutar de diferentes perspectivas, que van variando según su  posición en el espacio.

 

 

“Las pinturas espaciales” de Xiawan, que a menudo representan figuras humanas con cierto grado de distorsión, son confeccionadas de manera individual, usando lápices de diversos colores sobre cristal ahumado.

 

 

Cuando las distintas piezas se combinan, en un arreglo conformado por una serie de bastidores dispuestos en hilera, aparece la escultura trdimensional, generando un efecto bastante parecido a un holograma.
