How to match lighting for composites in Photoshop

A very useful tutorial from Phlearn were they explain how to realistically match lighting between two photos in Photoshop.

In this video you will learn how to use a Threshold Adjustment Layer in combination with a Levels Adjustment Layer to adjust the highlights and shadows and help your subject to blend in seamlessly to a new background.
