The team at Glukoz has recently announced that its UV packing engine UVPackmaster is now compatible with 3DS Max.
This script is a new multi-threaded modifier written in C++ that takes advantage of CUDA-enabled GPUs for packing UV’s, and can also perform some operations on the CPU and GPU at the same time.
